Jeansonne, dec'd. The public are hereby informed that there will be sold at public sale, to the last and highest bidder, through the ministry of a competent officer, on the plantation hereinafter described, in this Parish, On Thursday 20th April next, 1854, the following described property belonging to the estate of Mrs. Marie A. Jeansonne, deceased wife of Dorein Lacaze, to wit: A tract of land, situated in the Parish of St. Landry, at the place called Pointe des Noyers, measuring about one hundred superficial arpents, bounded South and West by the land formerly belonging to Antoine Ledoux, North by Aurelien Jeansonne, and South by Dalicourt Ledoux, together with all THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS thereon erected, being the last residence of said deceased. Eleven head of gentle horned cattle, work oxen, work horses, plantation implements, a lot of corn, and great many other articles too tedious to mention.
